Federal Aviation Administration

Tremayne Cobb has enjoyed a storied career with the Federal Aviation Administration. For more than a decade, Tremayne has been responsible for the direction and management of annual budgets in excess of $60 million dollars. His passion for people, financial management, and real estate, led him to open his own company, TOC Enterprises, LLC in 2020

As a landlord of stabilized rental properties in the D.C. market, Tremayne was able to release rental properties during the pandemic using a rent-to-own model. He specializes in modernizing, streamlining, and standardizing systems to create a more efficient workflow throughout the agency. Tremayne holds an AAS in Business Management: Small Business & Entrepreneurial Concentration and an Accounting Certification from the College of Southern Maryland and an Accounting Certification. He has completed training at the Federal Executive Institute, and Project Management (PMP) training.

He is a member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) DC Chapter, the FEI Executive Institute Alumni Association.

“As much as I’m interested in developing, I’m interested in leasing single family homes with opportunities to buy. So when I do sell, it’s to a first time home buyer, below the value of the home.” – Tremayne Cobb
